We stayed at the Tierra Hermosa condo for the month of March, 2010. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. From the
moment we stepped into the condo, we knew we would love it there. The condo was spacious and very clean. The
owners, Richard and Rob, who reside in Palm Springs, were great. If there was anything we required, we just called
and they attended to our needs immediately. We would definitely recommend this property to friends and relatives.
The condo was well located, within walking distance to downtown Palm Springs. We would definitely recommend the
Follies to anyone and our favourite Italian restaurant was Al Dente located on North Palm Canyon Drive. There are
many good hiking trails located fairly close also. We would definitely return to Tierra Hermosa again.

Since arriving back to B.C. Canada, we have discussed, and shared with our friends, our wonderful 2 - month
vacation/get-away to Palm Springs. Although we have visited Palm Springs and the valley over the years, one of the
highlights of our visit in Jan/Feb 2010 this year, was the wonderful accommodation we were provided with by
RichRob Rentals. We experienced both the ground floor condo at the Mesquite Country Club for the month of
January, and then the Terra Hermosa condo in February. Both were wonderful, offering every convenience from
appliances to wonderful furnishings. The Mesquite condo offered the opportunity to stroll the pathways bordering the
golf course with spectacular views. The Terra Hermosa condo was like a permanent home with again, deluxe
furnishings and spacious rooms to enjoy visitors if we chose. Our hosts, Rich and Rob were so very kind and
hospitable, making us feel very welcome! We will be back in Jan and Feb. 2011 for another 2 - month stay!!

What a pleasant stay we had at the Mesquite Country Club condo! Rob and Richard were very hospitable and
pleasant to work with. Our two bedroom accommodation was comfortable, tastefully decorated, spacious, and clean.
The large master bedroom had a very comfortable king sized bed. We appreciated the use of a computer in the
condo and the free North American long distance on the telephone. It was great to watch the 2010 Olympics on the
flat screen TV. There were ample towels and bedding and we enjoyed barbecuing and relaxing on the patio under the
umbrella. The mountain view was most beautiful early in the morning. We definitely recommend renting from RichRob
Rentals--it was a very positive experience.
